Hello everyone,
Just curious as to what time people put their babies and toddlers down to sleep at night and what time do they wake up in the morning.

I put my 10 month old DD down for the night at 7 pm and she sleeps until 6 am.

I put my 2 and a half yr old DD down to bed at 730 and she sleeps until 730...

Just wondering what others do. I spoke to a mate who puts their 2 and a half yr old to bed at 530 and they sleep til the orning.. Wondering if anyone else has their kids sleep through if they go to bed that early... :D

TIA!

Well here goes ..

DS - 2yrs 10mths .. goes to bed at 7.30pm (will read books and falls asleep usually before 8) wakes at 6am. He has a 2.5hr nap in the afternoon which I usually have to wake him from

DD - 10mths. Sleeps at 6pm and wakes at 6am. Also wakes 2-3 times a night and has 1 nap for 1.5hrs MAX during the day...She is a NIGHTMARE sleeper.

 I wish mine slept that long....

No, I am pretty similar to you but I just put both of them down at around 7:30pm. On a good night, DS2 will wake at around 7am and DS1 will wake at around 7:30am.

DD1(ok she's rather a lot older, but it has not changed at all since she was 2!, she's 4 next month) - goes to bed at 6:30, asleep by 7pm, wakes between 5 and 6(no matter what time she goes to bed!).

DD2(7 1/2 months) goes to bed about 6:15, wakes 2-5 times a night, gets up between 5-6... generally whenever her sister wakes her:rolleyes:. She rarely sleeps during the day, and if she does it's a 20 min catnap unless she's A) having a growth spurt, B) sick or C) got up before 5am.

DD is 6 months and I'll put her to bed between 7-7.30 and once I've put her down DS who is 2.3yrs automatically puts himself to bed :D

Got my night routine down pat now. Bath together, then DS has his cup of milk while I give DD her bottle and then I put her to bed and he automatcially goes himself

DD, 4, will sleep for approx 12 hours a night, and has for a long time.

When she was a bit past 2, her bedtime was around 9.30pm, but this was because at that stage we were living with her father, a chef who didn't get home until midnight-1am. This meant DD slept until 9.30-ish am, and so I got to sleep more and still spend time with her father.

Now though, I'm no longer with her father and so our waking hours are a bit different. She goes to bed at 7.30pm most nights (if we're out it's later, if she's a cranky brat it's earlier, etc), and gets up around 7.30am most mornings. :)
