Family Bbq 30th July

The date decided is next Sunday the 30th.Can everyone just say if they can make it or not?
I think we should do it somewhere central like burleigh,but Im not entirely sure exactly where-any ideas?
Everyone can just BYO food,probably easier that way.If everyone brings some nibbles to share,that would be great too:thumbsup:

I will check it out....but DH & i take the kids to broadbeach park sometimes..im trying to remember if there is BBQ's there....but there is a park & also the beach. They park has those bike things like the one across from oz fair. & lots of other cool play stuff. & huge area for the kids to run wild. Im just trying to remember the address.

Ok i think this is where it near...but i will take a drive to check the address...if ya'll are interested. I will check if there is BBQ's to.

Alexander Drive, Broadbeach...i dont think that is the street it is on...but its near it.

The 29th is my birthday, so DD is staying at Nan & Pops Sat night & we wont get her back till sunday arvo.

at burleigh heads there are BBQ areas next to the pool/ restaurant & at the other park on the other side of Justin's Park. Also at north burleigh there are BBQs (for memory).

BUT, i haven't been there in YEARS, so i'm not sure how things have changed around there!

Cool we are in for sure... I think I know the park ur talkin about Kel..Is it the one opp B'beach Primary school? If it is there are BBQ's either side of the playground, Jordan loves it there :thumbsup: .

Another great park is just past the Burleigh North Surf club (behind Sharks Bar), nice big play area, lots of BBQ's, shade etc...

Im looking forward to meeting all the boys...pray for good weather:D

Unfortunately we can't make it :thumbsdown: It's DD's birthday on the 28th and my parents are coming up for it, so we are having a small family birthday party for her. Have a great time and hopefully we will see everyone soon at the next meet. :)

Hey Kel - I really like North Burleigh cause lots of shade & facilities and isn't as busy as the Broadbeach one. When we go for our walk tomorrow we will walk right past it so u can see what you think :thumbsup:
