What to do at one?

Ive had a baby shower before but it was just a lunch...im thinking of having another one with this pregnancy but i would like it to be a bit different...few games & things.
What did you all do at your baby showers?
Any ideas would be appreciated!! :)

hi... With my 2nd i decided to have a baby shower and we decided to make it an afternoon tea with lots of games and prizes..
like geuss whats in the baby basket - you put up to 15 items in a basket and each person can have a 3o second look and you have too geuss as many as you can remember!
or- make baby names out of both the parents names whoever makes the most or the best ones win!

A few games we do at ours:

Pass the parcel - but get little trinkety things like from the General Trader, face masks, hair elastics etc.

Washing line - set up a piece of string with a heap of pegs attached. You have a baby or doll in one hand and you need to take as many pegs off the line as you can with the other hand, and hold onto them. You're not allowed to use your body to push the pegs more firmly into your hand. Whoever can hold the most pegs wins.

Guessing - guess the birthdate, sex and weight. I set up little forms for people to fill in and they put them in a money box, along with a donation that goes to bubs first bank account. I've got a spreadsheet of forms that you can print and cut up, if anyone is interested I'd be happy to send it to them.
