View Full Version : Multipurpose cover
Just after your opinions about the best sort of PUL type cover to use over fitted nappies. ATM i haven't decided exactly which type of fitteds i will stick to so we have Beehinds, Tots Bots, Motherease and assorted WAHM types. I have a Motherease Rikki cover and all the rest are nasty Fluffies ones. Is there a brand of cover that would be best to suit all the types of nappy's i have? I was thinking Bummis (because i like the prints) and more Rikki's (because they seem good so far)? Your thoughts pls! :)
hey :) (sound advice coming :hugs: )
I adore bummis (the prints are what grabbed me- and it fits all my sahm nappies - I have kids in cloth nappies and a beehind) .. although I have heard nothing but good things about the babybeehinds covers too .. ??
I"m sorry I haven't got more to say .. if you need more info.. please let me know :)
xx

In PUL I have Bummis, Baby Beehinds covers.
Baby Beehinds seem to be a little "softer and thinner" in feel but are equally as good but do only come in the plain white.
The Tinkletots ones are made from a material called Procare (check out their website for details www.tinkletots.net ) but come in a funky range of material that are over the top of the procare material. I have a Bambi & Thumper and a Clifford the Big Red Dog ones...so cute!!! They are not expensive either. There are also some reviews on the www.nappycino.com website for them so that may help you as well.

I reckon BB PUL are the best - for covering the whole nappy you can't be them.
I have two Tots Bots and in my opinion, they suck. The PUL feels funny, they take a fair bit of adjusting to cover the nappy and I have had to sew the Velcro tabs back on both of the covers I have. Wouldn't buy them again
Bummi's are good. The PUL is thick, nice coverage, yada, yada, yada.......wouldn't cross the road to buy them though.
wouldn't cross the road to buy them though.
LOL But would you click your mouse?
Kate- tried to look at the covers you mentioned and i could only find wool soakers on the link. I'll try again though i love a cute pattern
