Toddler Fold?

Its prolly been asked before but how do you fold a nappy for a 2 year old boy?

For terry flats? I always used the kite fold (my kids were in cloth at daycare), but still folded the bits in around the inside of their legs in. I felt it gave a bit extra there to saok up the wet, made the nappy less sticky-out and bulky on their legs, and formed a leak guard for escapee-poo!
