Just Add Water

I know I should be using cloth wipes but we're not there yet and so I've been using toilet paper and normal wipes and separating them and flushing the toilet. I have flushable liners - can you get flushable wipes as well? It would make my life SO much easier at the moment.
Thanks.

You can get flushable wipes but they aren't branded as actual baby wipes - they are made by Kleenex and are for Kids - but basically they are a wipe you can flush! They come in a blue container with resealable pop up lid and I use them for my DD who is toilet training. I was finding toilet paper was getting stuck to her little bottom and not doing the best cleanup job so found these and they are great! You can get them from Woolworths or I found them a bit cheaper in my local Guardian Pharmacy. They are the same packaging as the Kleenex toilet paper for kids with the puppy on it! They would certainly work the same for a baby!
HTH!:)
Are you seriously not meant to flush baby wipes??????

Nope they clog up the loo you can get away with 1 at a time but not more than that - I learnt the hard way I have the kleenex kids wipes for DD too but they are quite expensive though.

My plumber told me that even the 'flushable' wipes clog drains and you shouldn't flush them.

I just use toilet paper/tissue and some baby lotion. Works a treat!
If you have Flushable liners, why not wet them and use them as wipes ;) I do with DS on occasion.

I love them! Especially for massive toddler *issues*! We use wiggles wipes, they are a lot more expensive, but for occasional use they're great. Cloth wipes tend to make more sense for me though :D
