My sister's and I serve this one up for our little one's. It's simple & healthy and it's a great way to get the kid's to eat their veggies.
Veggie mash
Potato
Sweet potato
pumpkin
carrot
Silver beat or spinach
1. Cut up suitable quantities of each vegetable
2. Boil or microwave until soft
3. Mash with butter and a little milk to required consistency, add a little seasoning if you like
You can add meat of you choice too.

Hi there
My DS loves simple things which is great!
he loves rice, tuna and cheese together - melt the cheese through and serve it up! you can puree it up if you need to - like a baby tuna mornay.
He also cottage cheese and avacado together.
I will think of some more and when i have time will come back and type recipes up for you

9 months is a good age to start introducing bubs to 'family food', so whatever we are eating - I blend up for bubs B4 I add salt, pepper, garlic, nuts etc...
Every few weeks I'll do a batch of Hot pot for bubs to cover those nights we have something unsuitable for him. Im not big on following a recipe word for word but a rough guide is;
1) Diced meat, either chicken or beef
2) Diced mixed veggies, whatever u have - I like to add sweet potato / carrot / broccoli / onion / baby spinach / corn
3) Can of whole peeled tomatoes
4) a sprinkle of dried italian spice
Cover and cook for an hour in a low oven (180 for fanforced),stir once, then blend to the right consistancy for your bubs. Can be frozen for 3 months

My dd2 loves rissoni. It's like rice made out of pasta. I cook it with finely chopped carrot, zucchini and a mushroom and toss it all in together in a saucepan of water and a vegie stock cube. It takes about 12 mins to cook and absorbs most of the water.
So easy and yummy for them.
Hope your DS likes it :fingerscrossed:

My dd loves this and I have to hide it from hubby cause he loves it too.
2 large potatos
large chunk of pumpkin
4 flourets of broccoli
1 cup of cooked risoni (or other soup pasta)
medium can of creamed corn
1 chicken breast
Butter, cream and pepper to season
Boil potato and pumpkin till tender.
Cook broccoli in microwave till soft.
Cook chicken breast in microwave and chop into little pieces.
Mash potato, pumkin and broccoli with a nob of butter to desired texture, add creamed corn, pasta, chicken, cream and mix well.
Season with pepper.
I freeze it in the tupperware icecube trays with the lids and it usually makes 8-10 meals.
Cheers. :)
