Olive Oil and Camonmile??

Someone was saying they use this as bum spray?


How do you make it??? What ratio oil to tea is it?
And stupid question but do you seep the tea in hot water and then add to the olive oil???:confused:

Never heard of them as a bum spray but have used the tea on wipes before and i made a real stong tea in boiling water and cooled it. I would inagine it would be maybe a third olive oil which would sit on top of the tea so u would have to shake it a fair bit before use??? Maybe someone else will have a better idea. i see this post is in the cloth nappy section, i would be hesitant bout using olive oil on my cloth stash as i am pretty sure it would not wash out well.

dunno if im being over parranoied..but i would use oil near my nappys :no:

i have heard of the tea soulition:yes:
u would just make it with boiling water as u would a cup of tea:D:laughing:....(minus the sugar and milk:p)

I wouldn't use oil near my mcn either. I just use cold camomile tea on their bottoms when they are red.

Thanks girls. I found the receipe - its 2 cups of tea to 1TBSP of oil. Its only used as a cleaner - instead of water. So you spray on and then wipe off. I hope it doens't do anything to my nappies - but then I use fleece liners too.

it is only a small amount of oil ...but i still wouldnt use it :S....just the tea by itself would be ok :)
