Should i get her checked again

Howdie i have almost 2yo dd and ive always thought something was wrong but the drs ive seen have always told me "its just a cold" or "its typical for children this age to vomit after coughing" Well now shes been without a cold for abour a month and a yr older, and ive been paying very close attention to her, and the main thing ive noticed is 90% of the time, after she runs around she goes into a coughing fit. At night when this happens it will come out of no where coughs and vomits and has a lot of trouble drawing a deep breath ...... Ive also been told eczema can also contribute which she did have a lot of as a bub

Should i get dd2 checked again now shes a yr older cold free or am i just being paranoid :laughing:
