[Just Add Water]

Has anyone dealt with them before? I found them during the hunt and put a whole raft of items on layby with them. They sent me an email to confirm my original invoice and then replied when I said when I would be making the first payment but I haven't heard from them since. I have made two payments and emailed at least four times as I want to confirm that they're receiving the payments correctly. On their website they still list my invoice as "pending payment" - I'm not sure because they've not received anything or because it's only partially paid.

Anyway, just wandering if anyone else had some feedback... I really like their site so hopefully wont be disappointed by bad service (and yes I completely understand that people have families but It's been a month since my first email.... ).

I have to be honest, I'm not having a great deal of luck with WAHM sites.... but I will keep on keeping on with them as I would rather support them.

I've dealt with them before, but it was some time ago now, probably at least 2 years when i bought from them. But i had no issue. I'd try ringing them rather than emailing or something. Hope you have at least proof of payment anyways, your bank should have a record. GL.

I've bought quite a few nappies from them on a couple of different occassions. Post is really quick, now i bought by visa/paypal so my order went through straight away, post next day.
I know i emailed them once with a question, got no repsonse, rang left a message b/c i wanted info before i bought, then ended up buying them, then got the emailed reply - they had visitors staying over so where really busy. I'd happily buy from again, and i would say your pending means its b/c there is still an outstanding amount. Try emailing again, or phone to double check for yourself, i'm sure its all ok.

Thanks :) I've paid by bank transfer so have details... I guess I am just getting a bit anxious as I have ordered 3 other nappies from small sites and had problems with all the deliveries, I'm actually yet to receive any of them... feeling much more positive today though :) Thanks again.
