I was just looking at them online and they're really cute.

And I love that they're OSFA.

My son is 9.5kg and fits really well into medium ittis (large are too loose around the legs). He's got very slim thighs.

Does anybody know if they are a similiar fit around the legs (ie. slim)?

Any comments would be appreciated!:)

I'm just comparing my itti & FB and when you look at them there is not really much difference between them. The FB has the elastic sewn into the legs differently - its not 'gusseted' but it is wider than the ittis and it also has a HEAP more stretch in it. The boosters are obviously different and the FB has a pocket so you can stuff it too if needed.

And of course, FBs do embroiderys and are a little more 'special' than ittis.

Does that help you any?

That is very helpful.

When you say "wider than the itti" do you mean the leg hole would be bigger?

I've just had a bad run with his skinny thighs!

We mostly have ittis and BBHs (fitted). The BBHs are a little bit loose around his legs but the covers are tight so it's okay.

They're so cute, I might have to buy one just to try it out.:D

No - just the elastic is wider (maybe 4mm compared to 6mm) and the FB is sewn into a casing on the leg IYKWIM?

I think I get what you mean. I might buy a secondhand one. I can always swap it later anyway.

Thanks again! Also, I see you're also in Brisbane's wonderful west (we're in Kenmore).:D

I bought a bunch of FB's for my 7 week old and love them. I've only had one leak and I think it was because I didn't put the booster securely enough around her.
The new version 2 AI2 do not have a pocket and the front snaps down differently to the V1 (I have both). I also just got some ittis to try and while I think the SIO are lovely, they're just as bulky for my 'heavy wetter' with all the boosters in place. I think the FB are cuter and they fit my now 7 week old as soon as I got them (at about 4 weeks old). And they'll last much longer than the itti's (She's already in medium - thank god I ordered one of each to try).
Definitely get a second hand FB to try.

Better post this before the storm knocks out my power.
