hi naomi

i'm gabrielle, live in redcliffe with my daughter claudia who is 20 months.

we go to a fantastic playgroup at murrumba downs, just before kallangur, here's the details if you are interested, we have about 11 mums and about 14 kids ranging from 5 months to 2 1/2 years.

>>We meet on Wednesdays 9.30am to 11am at the John Oxley Hall, Ogg Road,
>>Murrumba Downs.
>>
>>We are members of Playgroup Queensland so after your third visit you will
>>need to join (unless you were already a member from your old playgroup).
>>It is an annual membership fee per family of $28 or $20 concession. This
>>covers both the hall and us for insurance.
>>
>>There is also a weekly cost of $4. This is broken down into $1.50 for
>>hall hire, $1 for morning tea (tea, coffee and biscuits is provided) and
>>$1.50 for craft and incidentals.
>>
>>They are a great bunch of mums, everyone gets on really well. We have an
>>average of 5-6 mums turn up each week as not everyone can make it all the
>>time due to work commitments etc. We also have 2 mums who are pregnant so
>>there will be new bubs arriving soon.
>>
>>We also get together for a girls only dinner once a month.

email me if you need to know any more gab.1970@bigpond.net.au

Hi,
I saw your post & I'm interested in your playgroup. We moved to Kallangur late March from Toowoomba and don't know anyone but family so I'm hoping to meet some other mums and kiddies for myself & my DD who is 13 and a half months old. She really loves other kids so I'm keen to get her involved in a playgroup. I've never really been to a playgroup before & I wondered do I have to bring anything? What happens at playgroup? Please feel free to PM me as I am very curious & getting bored at home. See ya, munsket
