Me again :p I swear I am not some neurotic nutcase lol.

For just over 2wks now my left eye has been twitching/spasming and it is starting to drive me mental. I used to get it occaisionally when I was tired or had been on the PC too long but this is different.

It started like I said over 2wks ago (coming up 3wks on Tuesday) when I was at bowling one night and it has been happening multiple times a day since then. Today it is every few minutes.

I am paranoid as it is the same eye as where my Shingles presented a few months ago, same corner of the eye etc.

I have a doctors appointment for tomorrow but just wondering if anyone else has had this?

I've had this on and off for weeks.. All I can put it down to is a pregnancy symptom.. I did a google search and found a lot of people suffer from it in pregnancy. Sorry, not much help! :)

A co-worker developed an eye-twitch that was identified as being from constant exposure to reflection of light off of glass partitions in her cubicle. The twitching happened not just at work but at all times at home too. If you wear glasses then a reflection off the lens (or a scratch on the lens) could be creating a similar problem for you. Otherwise maybe another source of glare?

Are you getting enough sleep?

I know a few people who get this problem esp if they are doing shift work or not getting enough sleep.

interesting.. I dont wear glasses and it is happening in all different places so cant really pin point any source of glare iykwim.

Just got a call back from the doctors and we can go up this afternoon.

Bigglet I am getting as much sleep as I can but being pregnant means it's not a very restful sleep..

I'm probably overly paranoid because of having the Shingles there before and them stressing how close I came to possibly losing my eye sight lol.
