I found another post on here but it is from 2006 and I can't seem to find that pram anywhere.

So I was wondering if anyone can help me. I went to Babies Galore and the lady told me there is no such thing as a 4 wheel pram with Tyres and not the plastic wheels. I know there is.

I want something like the Bertini Shuttle but can't seem to find it anywhere now or anything like it.

I would like my pram with......

* 4 Tyres
* reversable handle
* 4 swivel wheels

thank you

That lady doesn't know what she is talking about. A lot of baby prams have four wheels with tyres!
When I bought my pram back in 2006 I was looking for one with four wheels that had a reversable handle. Can't say I found one. I bought the Steelcraft Transaction (or Transformer?). Great pram although its handle doesn't reverse. It has two big wheels at the bag and two slightly smaller closer together whells at the front.

I have a Bertini X6, it has 2 big wheels (tyres that actually pump up) and 2 small ones. It doesn't have a reversable handle but the seat can face the front or you can have it facing you. It's a great pram and altho it's quiet big it's very easy to steer and not very heavy. :)

My steelcraft strider dlx has four tyre wheels (the front two swivel), as well as a reversible handle.

thanks for the info. I knew I wasn't dreaming when I thought I saw 4 wheelers with tyres.

Bertini has relaunched the shuttle pram, it's called the Boutique Q. I was looking at this pram this time last year. It doesn't have reversable seat or handle though & the wheels are solid not pump up style.

I have the Valco Rebel Q. It has everything you want except the pnuematic tyres, they're solid on the Rebel Q.

The strider doesn't actually have tyres. It has the plastic wheels. Can't remember the proper name for that type of wheels. I actually bought a pram with this style of wheel as my sister had so much trouble with her pram tyres going flat. So annoying and impossible to push when even a little bit low on air. Hope you find what you are looking for.

Thank you.

It is funny you say that breechmumma. I was talking to a friend yesterday and her one piece of advice was dont get tyres. She said hers kept going down and one popped.

so after both of you saying that I think I will just go for those rubber type wheels instead.

Thats what I would also recommend. My valco 3 wheeler had pump up tyres and they always seemed to be going flat. With DD3 I havet a Strider with the rubberised hard wheels and it is great they never get low or hard to push like the valco used to.

That was one of the main features i was looking for in a pram too. I wanted the solid tyres. It'd drive me nuts with the tyres needing to be pumped up or getting punctures.

Not that anyone probably cares but I remembered the name for the hard wheels. Pneumatic wheels. Thats all I have to say about that.

Pneumatic are the pump up tyres not the solid tyre.

I've never had an issue with the tyres going down on my pram and it's been in use for very close to 4 years now.
It's a three wheeler so not much use to you OP but the tyres have really never been an issue.
