shoe sizes

I have been given a gorgeous pair of infant Converse boots for Isla and they are an Australian size 4. How old will she roughly be when she can wear these - I have no idea!
I found the cutest Petit Bateau tee that would go with them but need to buy it in the right size to match the shoes! Sad I know... but I can't wait to dress her up!

Id say any time after 12 months

My DD is almost 9 months and in a size 2.

Depends on bubs size foot too.

My four month old boy is almost fitting a size 3 and he has massive feet, or so i am told. He is in 12-18month socks as well. I think it all really depends on your bub i also have a bigger pair of shoes that stay on his feet but are too big, but he isnt walking or even crawling for that matter so i am not too concerned, it isnt as if they are going to trip over them lol

Sorry i am not much help lol, but i wouldnt be too concerned with them being to big lol

It depends on the baby really.

I think a size 4 is an average 12mth old but does vary.

I think it would really depend on the individual baby.

My DD is a big girl (not yet 1 and already 12kg). While she fits into a size 3-4 sized shoe...it depends on the brand and the style (just like it does with adults!). Her feet are also very fat...a bit too fat for most shoes. I know other babies that are too SKINNY for most shoes...it really just depends.

Babies don't really need shoes until they're actually walking...and even then, going barefoot (or with socks) is best for their foot development. I wouldn't recommend getting anything with a hard/thick sole either.

DD1 was in size 4 until she was nearly 2 :eek: and DD1 has been in size 4 since about 11 months (she is 13 1/2 months now) and looks like she might get about another 2 to 3 months until she has to go up another size :fingerscrossed:

my ds has been in size 4 since about 8-9 months (he is 14.5months)and by the looks of things will be a size 5 either end of this yr start of next yr lol
