meeting with other mums in Brisbane

I am a 22 year old who is married and just had a baby girl. She is 8 weeks. I live in Chermside, Brisbane and wondering if there were any other mums who have babies at that age or a little older. I can meet anywhere but I am relying on public Transport. We can have coffee or even meet at a park or the city and just have a chat.
