my bridesmaid is driving me nuts

Hi Ladies

I need some advice, one of my bridesmaids still hasnt picked her dress and every time she does she changes her mind. i have 5mths till my wedding and im starting to freak out and i dont know how to tell her to pick one already without sounding like a bridezilla. Dresses can take up to 3 mths to make and most companies take 6 week off over xmas

can anyone help me or have any advice.

Honestly I would probably just give her a deadline and tell her if she hasn't chosen by then you will choose for her.

I agree with setting a deadline. Perhaps have a day of dress hunting and just be straight and tell her that she has to choose one by the end of the day or she will end up with your choice - just explain how far in advance you have to have these things organised - most people who haven't been married wouldn't have a clue.

What about just getting one off the rack? My sister planned her whole wedding in 4 months, and us three bridesmaids just wore the same off the rack dresses in different sizes.

hey guys thanks for all your advice we couldnt get one off the rack as they are both different sizes and the shops here dont stock all sizes which sucks but i gave her till the end of the month which is pushing it but i hope she finds something.
