Have you used the one size pocket nappy from ecomumsandbubs? there are some that are $8! They also have some other all in 2's with a pocket.

Dont know what they are like though?? Trying to start my stash:)

I have a feeling that these are re-branded nappies and haven't got a very good rep - will check for you though and get back to you later on this one.

they had a sale a little while back, i bought one of osfm with velcro the ones they have currently for $17 - and really like it, i've had no problems, though i do put an extra hemp booster in, but it fits my ds wonderfully well, i would have actually bought a couple more but the sale ended by the time i got my nappy and tried it out - so i say give them a go. the bamboo in the booster is thinner than say the bamboo ones, just something to keep in mind, and i see the $8 ones only have microfibre

Congrats on your pregnancy and feeling bub move already. How exciting!
It is so hard starting up a stash for a newborn because you can never be sure of the sizing... My suggestion is to try and find nappies made from bamboo. They are naturally anti bac and are much more gentle on the skin then a material such as microfibre. Bamboo is very absorbent and such a lovely fabric.
I started out buying bamboo prefolds and covers for my LO. I HTH a little. Sorry I can't really comment on that brand of nappy.
