Pregnancy fitness

Some mums have mentioned a pregnancy aqua class in north adelaide could some fill me in or suggest some other classes they know of.

Maybe check the bubhub directory, they might have a few on there.

Go and see Joy. She does it at quite a few different places so you could probably find one that isn't too far for you.

She is really, really lovely and once a month she organises for everyone to go for coffee so that you can all have a chat.

I can't recommend her highly enough! :thumbsup:
