Just a quick run down on my history so you understand where I'm coming from (I also understand you guys are not dr's but there is so much great advise on here I was hoping to hear from some of you please)
I am in my 8th cycle (well af here so going on 9th) I keep getting brown / yuk cm spotting before period some times a couple days before other times for about a week. I was originally told I had a cervical infection, had antibiotics which stopped spotting for that month but it came back. Took 3 more lots, stopped it that month but it is now back as of 2 days ago(period due next wed / thurs).
We thought the infection was causing us to not fall pregnant so I had all the "fertility" tests done, all come back fine, no problems, DH has had sperm test, great results, no issues there. Said its "unexplained infertility".
I have been given script for clomid, but told to wait a few months yet, but I could also have a lap as if its endo no clomid or anything will actually help, but he (mr dr) doesn't seem to think its endo.
My question really is, is brown like old blood yukky cm a sign of endo? I don't really get any period pain (since of pill I get a bit first day but nothing major), no pain in sex, nothing really. My cycle is all over the joint 26 days, 21 days, 27 days, 24 days. I'm ovulating (OPK and blood test confirms) and its usually around day 11 or 12.
I will call my GYN again next week, but I reckon he is going to think I'm an idiot and I should just relax, but this spotting whatever it is, shouldn't happen right?
Just so confused and now I"m thinking, what if it is endo and I don't have the lap and waste more time?
