Hi there
Depends if you are buying or hiring. If you're buying the bouncing baby play place is great as it turns into a little car track once baby has outgrown it so you get longer use from it.
The only thing with that is I have a little girl and even though I was really in to cars and trucks - she may not be :)
I have the safety 1st one Amy it's great Eliza really enjoy's it spent 45 mins in there the other day entertaining herself!
Thanks Nat. I wasn't 100% sure which one you did have, I thought it was the Eventflo. Does the Safety first comes in different colours?????
I am not sure Amy, and re the car thing I also loved cars as a kid now the car on this excersaucer thingy-ma-jig is one of her fave toys I touched it yesterday and she screamed at me as she was playing with it lol

I have the safety first one and Elijah still loves it but not as much as he used to but it was such a savior when he was younger. He would play happily in it for almost an hour :o And about the car track thing i know a little girl who loves trucks and a little boy who loves pushing around a dolly in a pram.

Hi I'm looking at buying one and have a question
I'm worried that we wont get enough use out of it how old or long do you think a baby would be once they out grow it?
Our baby is 10mths about the same size as a 6mths old.
Thanks

Our bouncin play place was an absolute godsend. The little man loved it. He desperately wanted to be upright from the moment he could sit and was standing by 6months but his toys kept getting knocked off and he couldn't pick them up. We loved the fact that he had a little space to play with his other toys but when they fell off there were the fixed toys. Even if we'd only got 3 months use it would have been worth it for both our sanity...
He's nearly 17 months now and although for a few months he wasn't interested he now demands to get back in it and give it a good bounce at least once a week. Later we'll pull it apart for a racetrack so has a really long life I think.

We have the Safety 1st one for our 6 month old and its fantastic.................no batteries required & great to keep her occupied when you want to eat dinner, hang out washing etc. There is one little feature on it that she is obsessed with, if we pop it up..........she is so determined to push it down again, it's so cute!
BTW - that website looks expensive, I've often seem them on sale in Target for around $100

I looked at both and was just about to buy the Safety First one when we stumbled across an even better Fisher Price one that I'd never seen before.
We bought it last week at Uncle Pete's Toys for $129 on special from $199. Its called the 'Intellitainer' and is great because it has more toys on it than the others plus the baby can walk back and forth between the toys the seat not only moves 360 degrees but also back and forth on a track (my 4 month old can already do it). It has educational things on it, and electronic side with songs, the alphabet etc and a part with hanging bells and things (I'm not describing it very well).
This is it: http://www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=2011&e=detail&selcat=bgetn&pid=32073
