anyone able to give me a recipe on how to make bread? i had one but have lost it

This is a recipe I make in my breadmaker but I'm sure you could still make it if you didn't have one.

4 cups pl flour
1 1/2 cups milk ( I use goat milk so my dd can eat it too)
1 egg
2 tsps yeast
2 tsps sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 tsps oil


I always make sure that the yeast is not near any wet ingredients and the salt is not near the yeast either.
