help! pain during bd

Hi sorry I know its an odd topic 2 ask peop,e 4 help with but everytime me and my hubby have bd I get kinda a pain in the lower abdominal area is it normal after having a baby? It really turns u off from bd when it hurts! Any adice please

How long since you had your baby? Does it feel similar to afterpains?

It can be common to get crampy pulling kind of pain after having sex because your things stay fairly sensitive for a while and the activity (especially if you orgasm) can trigger some uterine cramping and period-type pain.

If that doesn't sound like you, it's also possible your partner needs to be a bit more gentle for a while - you could have a bit of bruising to your cervix maybe?
