Activity Climber with Slide

Hi,
I am looking at getting DD some outdoor stuff for Christmas / Birthday. She will be almost 3 at Christmas.
Would she be to old for one of these Activity Climbers with the slide.

She is very tall for her age (mostly in size 4 clothes) and thinking she won't get much use out of it.
What is the age group for these ?
What would be a good price?
It is $129 normally.

My neice and nephew, 4 and 2 use there water play centre.... and love it. The 4 year old is getting a bit big, but he still climbs and does all sorts to it. It's still in great nick as well 2 and a half years later...

Except they can't use the water feature now...

That's another thing to keep in mind, water restrictions??? Have you got any?

Thanks - yeah I am in Brisbane (Pine Rivers actually) and we wouldn't be able to use it with water, but I figure she would have fun anyway.
