Hi everyone.
at 12 months, I have decided to stop BF. I had my boy down to one feed off me a day, and after my husband and I were married four days ago, i have stopped. A combination of feeling I have done enough and teeth chaffing my nipple, and also really only effectively feeding from one side.
Anyway Im not sure as my breast is engorged whether I should express a little still to make sure I dont develop mastisis?? I have always had a lot of milk, I think I leaked for around the first 6 months!! So am a bit confused as to how to stop. Bub happily has milk from a sippy cup. :) thanks everyone!
