Tax Debt and FTB Suppliment

Just wondering, i dont have to lodge a tax return tis year. DP Did his last week. Any how, i have a tax debt and was wondering will i still get my FTB Suppliment, or will the automaticlly give that to the tax man. I estimated DP income correct, so there is no chance of me owing ceterlink anything, just have an outstanding tax debt.

I don't *think* (could be wrong) that the ATO takes the FTB, but ring Centrelink and ask?

They will not take money from a parenting payment for a tax debt. They will only take money if there is some owing to the Family Assistance Office. Hope that helps :)
