Garlic & breast milk

My DF is cooking dinner, is a load of GARLIC going to change my breast milk ???? Will it make bubby more windy (cause he is already suffering this)

It never made a difference whatsoever for me, for some people it does..

What I eat tends to bother my girls more than my boys...NO idea why (esp since I am tandem feeding a boy and a girl ATM!!) I can pretty much eat what I like with the boys, but need to limit caffine, sugar and juice with the girls.

IMO it's a bit of trial and error, so give it a try and just take note tomorrow.

I eat loads of garlic and it doesn't seem to upset my DS. The only thing that seems to upset him is if I have loads of caffeine:o (I love my coffee).

Thanks ladies, i asked DF to skip the garlic in mine and add it to just his (im sure i may have slightly offended the poor dear as he was trying to do something nice lol).
