I met my dh about 6 months after I split up with my ex.
My hubby adores my dd and spoils her rotten. He is a great husband who wants nothing but the best for us. He has known my dd since she was nearly 2.
I actually had someone who was very keen to date me when I was pregnant  but I was not so keen.
Yes. Someone will love you and your baby. He will turn up when you least expect it (don't you hate when people say that, but annoyingly it's true).

certainly did!
I met DP when DS was 9 weeks old, on DS's due date actually. We have just had our second bub together and when we get married DP is going to adopt DS :)
There is definitely hope for you :D

im going through that process at the moment.
I bumped into an ex I dated 3 years ago and we are currently trying to see if we can make things work, he's said he's more then willing to accept DD and treat her as his own
I actually had someone who was very keen to date me when I was pregnant  but I was not so keen.
I actually had an ex who is a friend hint at us trying again a couple of months ago.... soooo not high on my priorities right now!!
I look at things this way.... having a child can actually be a positive thing in weeding out the idiots from the real nice guys.....
I met my partner at work we worked shift together, he asked me out for months and i always said no as he was younger and seemed to be in his prime of life, and here i was working single mum trying to pay off a house with a 10 and 5 year old and alot of emotional baggage at the time i had dated a few guys but they were all duds and i found this guy at work to good to be true...but here we are 6 years later now with ej 14 months and i am so happy that i found such a great guy sure we had some teething probs and still do but the norm family stuff that we all go through, i found if ya dont go looking it slaps ya in the face......lol and i dont mean turkey..lol..a good man who treats you and your family with respect!
cheers jo:wave:
Oh yes! My DH!!! He met me and Em when she was 5.5 months. He has been the only father figure in her life and she calls him Daddy and he loves her just as much as he does Kailah. they are both HIS as far as we aRE all concerned.
We are looking into the adoption process very soon, just have to save the $$$ it's expensive.
