Mention it to your doctor but I'd say it's pretty common - usually low blood sugar or low blood pressure.

When I was pregnant, I had to eat straightaway when I got up in the morning and then have regular snacks throughout the day. One time I waited until 9:30 to have brekkie so I could get a Subway sandwich at the shop. Between paying for the sandwich and starting to eat, dizzyness kicked in and I ended up sitting on the floor of the shopping centre. It was such an awful feeling, especially since I was alone there - I felt like I was going to pass out. I flagged down a lady who worked there and told her I felt dizzy, then I ate my sandwich on the floor behind the concierge desk! Kinda funny when all the people came up to ask for information!! With some food onboard, I was okay after that. Very embarrassing. From that day on, I made sure I ate regularly

I just had my 4th pregnancy and experienced dizziness in the early stages like never before....i was told it was preg hormones ,just was careful moving and getting up and down and they soon lessened.....see your doc if you are worried.....
