My DP took a photo of me today with Ella & I look disgusting ... I am one those people that look gross with excess weight ... SERIOUSLY! Unlike Roseanne who actually suited it - I look pathetic!
Does anyone know of a program in which your meals are delivered, this way I know I will stick to it ???

I'm on Lite n Easy now and it's great! It's all delivered to you and there is no thinking (or cooking)! I am only in my first week though so as yet I can't speak for the results.
The full breakfast, lunch and dinner program for 7 days is $118, but to cut costs you could easily just get 7 dinners for $65. I am on the full program now but due to costs will cut back to just the dinners in a couple of weeks (I just wanna get a kick start). Then I'll have cereal for brekkie, soup or salad sandwich for lunch and fruit for snacks.
Good luck! I know what it feels like to not feel yourself. I need to lose about 5 - 10 kgs, and already after 5 days on the program I feel better (although I haven't weighed myself yet).

every one I know who's done lite n easy has lost weight and managed to keep it off because they learned good habits along the way.
I'm doing the Tony Ferguson thing (1 week into it) and its been good so far. This works on meal replacements for breakfast and some of lunch and you eat a normal low carb dinner. Its been easy so far (haven't felt hungry at all) and I feel better for not eating so much bread and pasta!! tonyferguson.com.au for more details.
Good luck!

I am doing lite and easy at the moment too. I like that it is retraining my portion control and getting me used to snack sizes and times. I don't plan to use it long term, but in the mean time it is so easy and really yummy. You can pick 1200, 1500 or 1800 calorie a day meal plans. the larger plans give you more snacks. The only thing that you supply is milk. Even if your breakfast includes an egg, you get the egg!!
