Hi Mums/Dads and Bubs -
Hands up who would be interested in a Fitness Group that we can involve the kids in -
I have searched and searched the internet for a group like this since DS was about 10 weeks he is now 14mths old.
I mentioned this to my Personal Trainer the other day that there is nothing in the Northern Suburbs for Mums/Dads where we can include the kidlets in. He was all for it - he has jumped at the chance - he is working out Fitness Programs.
He has also found a school on Para Hills West that will let us use their oval and or Hall/Gym. It will be an hour session once a week for now.
So please if you are interested - let me know the more the merrier.
You don't have to be super fit to join - cos I sure as Hell aint:laughing::laughing::laughing:
Look forward to hearing from you:D
Me me me!!! I've been looking for something since DS was born, he's now 6 months and I still need to lose loads of weight (she says while stuffing her face with chocolate) :p
Count me in please.

I would be interested too....
I have a 3 year old and an 8 month old and I find it so hard to find time to exercise without them. It would be fantastic to do something that I could bring them along to.

Dallasmum - The session will go for an hour and Clayton who will be the Personal Trainer is thinking around $20 for the hour - as for time, day and place that will be in concrete on Friday:fingerscrossed: Stay tuned
