Hi, I was wondering if I could pick the brains of all you current/past preggos out there!

Other than the usual twinges around the ovary area, and the general ache in the middle above the pubic bone (which all freaked me out till I read they were very normal, thank you!) I have other things which kind of freak me out.

Just a moment ago I had this feeling over the right ovary like lots of bubbles rushing past it, or like the ovary itself had the twitches (like you get in your eyelid) and then nothing. No reassuring ache or twinge

Does/has anyone else have/had this?

Thanks in advance
XXXGin

  Ginny, stop worrying..... your entire stomach area needs to start stretching to accomodate baby, twinges are normal and I had all sorts of feelings in my stomach.

By the way, I almost felt like :barf: tonight when we went to Coles and saw chicken pieces and also when I smelt roast chicken in my fridge eeewwwwww....... its prob nothing tho!

:fingerscrossed:

Allyoo is right, you will be feeling amazing butterfly sensations very soon. Ally, for me when I was pg, the most amazing thing was feeling my DD kicking and her hiccuping.....that was soooooo funny!!!

See Ginny, you have heaps to look forward too  .

 yeah yeah yeah, but I am only good at freaking out!

:D Just joshing Linda, I have been known to daydream a little about kicks... the doc at the hospital actually thought I was trying to tell her I felt the baby moving at something like 3 weeks... she must be used to us 1st timers (though even I'm not that bad!)

I had no bubbling with DD1 but with DD2 it happened ALL the time! I kind of wondered what it was and then forgot about it until it happened again!! I didn't ask my middy about it until I was aout 38 weeks and it happened while I was at an appointment - it was the only time I remembered while I was there

It's actually a secret conspiracy to get you old pro's clucky... the more people to advise me the better!

Schmell, did your MW think it was anything of significance?

Linda, you're gonna  when you hear my latest habit... I put my hand on my tummy in bed at night for aaages cause sometimes on the out breath I can feel little movements in there (I imagine it is all the blood rushing there to help out or something, certainly nothing bad) and I try to imagine what it would be like to have actual bub movement! I never knew you could pick which body part was sticking out, that sounds awesome!

I don't think thats  at all! I think its beautiful the way you are feeling...after all its going to be one of the most amazing experiences of your life! (amongst the other 6 pregnancies you're going to have  :D )

I used to always rest my hand over my tummy as well!

I didn't want another baby until Chloe was about 4. However when I got my surprise pregancy, it reminded me of what it was like, I finally accepted it and was really excited only to lose the bub ....... now I'm just sooooo clucky!:yelclap:

Schmell, did your MW think it was anything of significance?Nope - she asked if it hurt and I said no and she said it was probably just things wriggling around in there and causing fluid movement.....

Well I'm sure Chloe will approve, someone to boss about!

Well, back from the doc, HCG at 603 :D :smiliedance: :D so it looks like it is a sticky little sucker! The doc thinks 4-5 weeks, I would guess 5, but it did seem to rise quickly from 25 last Tuesday, I thought it doubled every 2 days? Which would have made it 200-400 today, but no complaints

Was wondering though.... when AF is due and you are TTC, people seem to test when AF is due. I would think this was 1 month along if preg? (if they go from 1st day of LMP) SO, they seem to sometimes get a faint BFP, which I thought might be around HCG of 20, now that is how I figured I might be 5 weeks... does that make any sense whatsoever? LOL, that last paragraph looks confusing now I look at it again.

Your Hcg is probably high because you're having triplets ;)

Are they talking about doing a scan to date the pg? I had one at 7 wks that seems to have been accurate for dates and also meant I got to see a heartbeat :smiliedance: (very reassuring!).

Blimey, of course! :D :p

The hospital recommended having a scan in a fortnight as they think I am prob 4-5 weeks now (and they gave me an EDD!!!!! Yay! - though I am sure it will change with the scan)

Good! It'll be nice to have a "proper" EDD :)
