OK, she's now 13 weeks and I was so proud she's been sleeping through for a whole week (last feed around 6pm and bedtime of 7pm and waking anywhere from 4.30am-6am) and now last night because she got one arm out of her swaddle, she was screaming and unsettleable at 10.30pm and also again at 3am.
WHAT'S GOING ON? She fights her little arms out and seems to want to suckle
(no she's not hungry, trust me, she rejects a feed), a dummy is usless as it's spit out in seconds over and over and over again and she hasn't yet learned to suck her fingers. Yet as soon as those arms are out there's no chance of sleep.
So if she won't sleep with the wrap or without it, what the hell do I do? She's not even rolling yet so I still think she needs wrapping.
I had to feed her both times last night just to get her to settle but it's not hunger really as she only had small feeds.
Perhaps it's teething? I can't offer medication though as she's too young?
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm going to lose the plot soon as she's also a TERRIBLE day sleeper. I'm lucky to get 2 x 40 min naps and perhaps a 20 min nap in the pram of an afternoon. She should be exhausted!
