What is/are the ingredient(s) that help someone produce more milk?

oats, brewers yeast, fenugreek if you add it (I do, some don't)

for me brewers yeast is the major thing that does it

Oats, Brewers Yeast, and the Flaxseed meal.

I often make a smoothie for breakkie and add the brewers yeast and flaxseed meal to it instead of making the cookies.

Also there is another thread in here that has a recipe for muffins which are supr yummy with these ingredients that is a healthier option than the cookies.
