hi my name is lani and i have grown up on the Tweed. i was born at tweed hospital and have given birth to my first born at murwillumbah hopital, i am currently 3 days overdue and am looking forward to having my second baby at murwillumbah. i think they are the best hospital on the coast as the midwives are great exspecialy with breastfeeding and an added bonus is that they do cloth nappies so u dont have to supply your own unlike tweed hospital. My sister gave birth to her first at tweed hospital and ended up with a ceasar. i may be biast but i would choose murwilumbah. if u need reassurence just go and ask for a tour. this is what i did when i was unsure of which hospital. i hope i have answered your question and have given u something to think about.

In response to the previous post, Tweed provide nappies, I went there.
Like I said I went to Tweed and I found it wonderful, they are great for those who want a natural, active drug-free birth.
I highly recommend it to everyone I know if they are pregnant I had such a great experience there. They allowed me to trust my body and do what I needed to do to get through my labor.
