Getting hair color off a chair

Does anyone know how to take dried hair color off a vinyl upholsterd chair?

Have you tried gumption or Jiff? We used to use Jiff in the salon. Thats good at getting some of the stain off.

If its white vinyl try bleach and toothpaste.

Enjo marble paste gets pretty much ANYTHING off!

Chux magic blocks work well, not sure about hair dye tho?
