i brought 8 avent bottles and this is what i do every day.
i fill the bottles with cooled boiled water and put them in the fridge in the morning then when bubs is hungry i heat the water in the microwave and then add the formula, i do this all day, then after his nightly feed once hes in bed i wash all the bottles in warm soapy water then steralise them in an avent steraliser (not a microwave one, a bench top one) then start the process again the next day!
hope ive helped
I always made at least 6 bottles up to do me for the day.
After they're finished in the steam steriliser I'd put cooled boiled water in to the amount needed add formula mix it up and pop them in the fridge. Then I'd pop them in the microwave for about 30seconds and done.
I have an Avent microwave steriliser and it's brilliant.
Very easy and quick to use. Bottles are ready in 6 minutes. My Medela pump things fit in it perfectly too.

I use the Dymples microwave steriliser from Big W for my pump, teets and bottles. :) It was only $20 and is so easy to use...just put 120ml water and washed bottles, etc in and nuke for 8 minutes!
Before that I was just using a big pot of water, bring to the boil and put the washed bottles, teats, etc in that and boil with lid on for 10 minutes. But the microwave steriliser has been so good, heaps faster and easier!
