When I was pregnant, I had the biggest craving for Pizza Huts big dippers. Naturally, they weren't out at the time :banghead:
So here's Cheezelkat's Pizza Dippers
1 thick style pizza crust (I used Woolworths ones from the bakery without sauce)
olive oil
garlic
salt, pepper
grated cheese(s)
This is so easy and customisable. All you need to do is cut the base into finger portions. Mix the oil and seasonings, then brush them over the pizza base. Sprinkle lightly with cheese and bake in a moderate oven until the cheese is melty and they are beginning to brown.
I served it with heated up pasta sauce to dip into, but a cheesey sauce would work, as well as a chilli sauce. Try using different flavoured pestos, herbs, sundried tomatoes, parm. cheese for a change.
