Hi all,
Is it just me or are the lids on the children's panadol bottles nearly impossible to get off???
I have trouble with the push down and turn mechanism on them. I push down and the lid just spins!! Last night I spent about 10 mins fighting with one to get it open!! I don't use it often but it seems to be every bottle that I have ever had and it is frustrating.
I completely and utterly agree with you - it has driven me to such rage!!! Stupid stupid bottles! I understand childproof - but these are practically adult proof! It is really frustrating, especially when bub is screaming and you have to spend 10 minutes trying to get the darn lid off the panadol! It is sooooo frustrating!

At one stage, I can remember having to break the childproof part of the lid off, so that my grandmother could get the bottle open. She was babysitting #1 when she had tonsilitis, and I had to go to work.
I had the same problem...they are the most useless things ever invented.
I always break the childproof part. I know that might sound bad, but all our medicines are kept in a locked box in a high cupboard anyway, so it's not a problem.
cant say i have had this problem at all.
I use the palm of my hand to press and turn the lid.....

How do you break the childproof bit? Our medicines are kept in a locked top cupboard so this would not be a problem!

I've never had a problem. But this is coming from someone who could open childproof bottles at the age of 2 1/2.
