Connection between boredom and wanting another?

Hi,

I'm thinking (or hoping) that I am just bored with life, and thus is resulting in me wanting another baby. Anyone had any similar thoughts?

I'm not sure if it was boredom exactly, more of a sense that one stage was over and we really didn't know what was next for our family and life.Ugh that didn't make sense!:laughing:

i thought i was bored too and told my friend i wanted another, who then told my mum that i need to find a job or else im going to have another baby BUT i now have a job i love but still think i want a 3rd in less then 2 years time (altho dp doesnt want another things can change) but thats just me

I'm just hoping it is boredom.

I used study 3 nights a week, and while I still wanted another baby- I wasn't all consumed by it. I've taken a 6month break from studying (returning in the new year) and I can't stop thinking about it. I want it so much that I find it difficult to converse nicely with people with new babies. My sister just had a baby and I'm finding it difficult to be happy about it- I was almost in tears yesterday afternoon.

I have decided that I am going to throw myself at another project. Maybe making a toy box or something.
