I'm looking for this dip recipe. I think it has avo on the bottom salsa in the middle and then maybe cheese on the top . Does anybody know it?

I don't know about that but when I use to make dips at my old job as a navy cook I use to make a really easy really yummy dip of one can refried beans, one layer mashed avocado, one layer salsa, grated tasty cheese and then sour cream! And it is fantastic. I use to eat it all the time when I was pregnant.

The one I use is from the Philly cream cheese box and is super super easy.
Mix together 1 packet cream cheese (I use the light as it is a bit softer and easy to blend) with one carton of sour cream until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix together 1 mashed avocado, 1 clove crushed garlic and 1 Tab lemon juice.
Pour a jar of salsa into your serving dish. Top with avocado mix, grated cheese and thinly sliced small pieces of red and green capsicum (the last bit is optional). Spoon philly mix over top. Place corn chips in a border arrangement around edge of serving dish and sprinkle centre with a handful of grated cheese, small pieces of bacon and chopped spring onions.

You can do the layers the other way around if you prefer with Philly mix on bottom and salsa on top but I like the visual effect better with philly on top.

This is the one I make and it never fails to impress. Mexican dip:

1 x can refried beans
2 x avocado
1 x lemon
3 x large tomato
1 x red onion
1 x green capsicum
1 x packet taco seasoning
1 x tub sour cream
Shredded tasty cheese

- Smooth a layer of refried beans on the bottom of a dish

- Make a guacamole mix using avocados, 2 tablespoons lemon juice & 2 tablespoons of sour cream (salt & pepper to taste). Smooth a layer of guacamole on top of refried beans

- Make a salsa by finely dicing tomatoes, red onion and capsicum and mix together. Smooth a layer on top of guacamole.

- Combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Smooth a layer on top of salsa.

- Cover with tasty cheese.

Mmmm.
