Hi Girls,

I'm sure I'm not the only one that wants to lose a few extra KGs since having our bundles of joy?!

I thought I would start a thread that can give us some ideas for low fat recipes.. I have trouble finding things to cook for dinner!

I will start, my SIL gave me this soup recipe, its really yummy and really good for you:

Ingredients:
600gms diced lamb
1 x onion chopped
3 carrots diced
3 celery sticks sliced
1 can of plain label tomato soup
3 cups of beef stock
3 cups of water
3/4 cup of soup mix

Brown lamb and soften onions, then add all the other ingrients. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2+ hours... and wallah! Yummy lamb and vegie soup!

:)great idea Preshy! I am with you on trying to lose some kg's!!
Now if only I could get my baby brain into gear and remember what healthy things I used to make before baby came along!!
