I really really really.........really want to do a course at Uni next year, but looking at it now I don't think I will get in:crying:
these are my reasons why I don't think I will get in....
1. My senior certificate...... Pre requisits for the course I want to do is English (4SA's), well I topped that:thumbsup: and 4SA's in either Biology, Chemistry or Physics. I wasn't too brainy at maths, but took them anyway and got a LA for chem and physics
2. After school (10 years ago) I did one year at Uni and being so immature and stoopid, stuffed around and didn't do myself any favours with marks/grading:( So now if my kids finished school and didn't want to go to uni straight away, that will be fine with me!
Now, the course I want to do is a brand new one at UQ. I looked into doing what they call a STAT test (which is like a compatancy test (can't even spell it!) which would cost me $100. I am more than willing to pay it to do the test, that raised my hopes again BUT THEN I read that UQ won't accept a STAT test if 12 months of full time study in a bachelour degree has been undertaken
I am going to apply anyway and possibly waste the application fee, but I am hoping that hardly any one else apply's (because it is a brand new course)....
It has taken me so long to actually work out what I want to do with the rest of my life......I am soooooo sad, I so much want to do this course :gloomy: I am a fool......
(so, what have I done now...gone and used another persons title derrrrr (sorry!)
