Respect to you Triple Time! Wow three bundles of joy. Yes twins are tough, but triplets i think I'd enter another realm of craziness.
It doesn't matter if you have a small or large family, if you are motivated, have good time management skills & are organised what seems like the impossible is possible.
You know you're a multi mum when you do at least two loads of washing a day & your grocery bill is like $200 a week & that's just for the kids:D

When you get the dreaded "Double Trouble" 20 times in one shopping session.
When you can walk into woolies with 2 bubs under one arm grab what you need and use the self serve checkouts.... I was never multi-talented until my two came along lol.

... when you walk thru a doorway holding your brand new bubbas, one under each arm...
...bang the first child's head on the door frame and when you reel around to check on / comfort them, you smack the second child's head on the other side of the door frame (!)...
I wasn't so great at the new born thing!!
(BTW, they're fine)

... you've got one on the boob and the other on the bottle and can successfully lift each one for a burp while not disturbing the other...
all while reading a book to your toddler!

When you have 2 babies in a baby carrier, and still manage to make lunch for your older 2 kids, put dinner in the slow cooker and then change a pooey toddlers bum....without waking the babies in the carrier. :D

........you walk around the house with your boobs out not realising that you forgot to put them away cos you constantly have two babies hanging off them, i have now mastered tandem feeding and can also read while they feed and burp one while the other is still on suckling thank goodness for the twin feeding pillow!!!
well done alanasmum before i got the hang of the twinpillow i would have to disturb them both for burps and would end up with two screaming babies who i then couldnt burp cos they were cracking it so much....
you are very talented tripletime i could not imagine how i would cope with three babies two is enough at least i have two breasts they can have one each at feed time. iguess you just do what you have to!

When it takes you half an hour to get milk and bread because of all the people stopping you to ask about the twins and say 'double trouble' or ' you have got your hands full'.
When you are happy when you arrive 10 mins late...... instead of an hour.

Ha ha so true about getting stopped all the time around the shops.....'yes I have my hands full, yes they're identical, no they're not boys that's why they're in pink, yes they're good babies (sometimes)' NOW LET ME SHOP!!! It's not as if I've got plenty of time! LOL

Its a shame that we have to cover our babies to cut down our shopping time buy 110% and if i dont want to hide my babies but dont want attention i ignore the looks of awe on peoples faces, o and some of them try so so so hard to get your attention so youl stop but i just go on pretending im in my own world!

I ignore them sometimes too, but then some of them full step in front of the pram/shopping trolley. A few times I have swerved, one I just pretended I was staring into space and almost plowed the woman down with the full trolley. She moved!

You know you are a multiple mum when you marvel at how fast you managed to do the groceries......until you realise that you only have ONE baby with you, and although she is just as beautiful on her own as she is when her brother is there, you only get stopped ONCE to be told this - not 50 times and told how clever you are!

When im out with the babies and my mum, they talk to her and ask her all about then...they think they are hers LOL. Constantly saying ummm they are mine  i love it...im not the mum...im the daughter my mum had when she was 15 or something and these are her IVF babies.
by the way im 25...hardly look 12 and my mum is 54!
i love the one above about banging their heads on the doorway, laughed very hard.

OMG that happens to me too. I look my age, but mum is only 40 and looks great for her age. People always think they are hers!
