From memory, its got grated potato in it, plus eggs/milk, seasoning. Not sure what else....sorry mummy brain has struck

eggs, milk , vegies, meat...I'm pretty sure you cook it on the stove top for a medium heat until browned, sprinkle it with cheese and pop it under the griller under top is set and chees eis all melty and yum.

I made one last night (to serve 2). It had 2 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, small onion diced, cup of cooked mixed vegies, a pouch of salmon and about 1/2 cup of cheese. Yum!

You can do that too, but I think the grill is faster. You just want the egg to set I guess!

thanks honey, im prepering the stuff to go in it a dh is going to cook so i will leave it up to him, he says hes going to put in the oven, so we will see if it comes out ok:laughing:
