Go into the Recipe section and scroll down to 'Display Options' and select From the box and pick Beginning and and then press Show Threads button on the right of this, hope this helps. :)

I'm not sure how to do a link - but the Slow Cooker thread had a receipe for Irish Stew. Is that the one you are looking for? If so, search under "slow cooker" and the thread comes up. :chef:

Here you are Sugar + Spice:

Irish stew

500gms beef or lamb
1kg potatoes
2 onions
1/4 tspn pepper
1 cup water
1 1/2 tspns salt

cut meat into bite size pieces. slice the onions and chop up half the potatoes.
layer the meat, vegetables and add salt and pepper to casserole dish. Add water to halfway up pot. cover the top with more diced potatoes, simmer for 2 hrs and stir frequently though i cook mine in the oven at about 180 degrees for the 2hrs,

this is soooo yummy

"Kitchen Drawer refernce Companion" book

Dont't forget to cut up some carrots to go in your Irish Stew and we always cut up about 8 steak sausages and put that in along with the mince :D
