Diluting prune juice

How do you dilute prune juice,is it one part prune juice to ten parts boiled water??
I was told but have forgotten.It's for an almost 6 month old who takes days and days to poo.

I dilute mine 50/50, usually 20mls of both. But bub will also just drink 20mls straight and that usually gets things moving so to speak.

wonderful stuff that prune juice! I'm not too calculated with how much I use, except that I make sure to use much less water than juice - probably about one part juice to four parts water. Seems to do the trick.

How long does it usually take to work? With the amount of food DD's been eating I'd like to be prepared for an explosion! :eek:

I usually get a movement within that day- sometimes rather messy!!!
