I have always retained about 2kg of excess fluid, which prior to pregnancy, I took diuretics for.
Obviously once I got pregnant, I stopped taking the diuretic, and form the start of my pregnancy I have been storing fluid...
My bub is now 5 weeks old (born via emergency c-section), but I still have fluid retention that is quite uncomfortable. I cant get my rings on or off my fingers, and the only pair of my shoes that arent too tight are my runners!!!
So...does anyone know of a diuretic that is safe to take whilst breastfeeding?
