personalised figurines ?

I want to get a figurine created of mum and all her grandkids for a Christmas gift this year. Ive got it down to two sites with completely different styles:
cake figurines (http://www.cakefigurines.com.au/) and myfacefigurines (http://www.myfacefigurines.com.au)
has anybody used either of these? any recommendations?
