This is my first time here after a friend told me about this fantastic website.
I have PCOS and since losing a good chunk of weight this year my periods have become regular again.
Over the weekend my urine ovulation test came back positive and I even had some cramping on Saturday. Hubby and I did the deed twice over the weekend and this morning my breasts are feeling tender and hot.
How soon did you get symptoms of pregnancy when you fell? Could I really be preggers or is it just wishful thinking!
I would love to hear your stories.

Hi Bella,
Sorry to burst your bubble, but at this stage, it's probably wishful thinking
If conception is successful, the egg doesn't implant into the uterine wall until usually about 7-10 days following ovulation. Anytime from about 10 days onwards is the earliest most people see/feel any preg symptoms once the embryo starts producing HCG and signals the body to tell it that it's pregnant. Hang in there!!!!
Good luck :goodvibes:

My morning sickness started a week after I fell with my second. By the time I was due, I had headaches, was physically ill with m/s, sore breasts (which is fun when I'm still breastfeeding the last one) and really really dizzy and lightheaded all the time. I definitely knew I was pregnant.
Give it a few more days and see how you feel, but try not to get too excited too quickly (easier said than done I know!!) We tried for 3 years before I fell with our first and I lost count how many times I thought I was pregnant and wasn't. In the end, I was 7 weeks pregnant before I even got the blood test, because I was so convinced it was all in my head again
Best of luck and let us know how you get on!!

Yeah I thought it would just be wishful thinking!
On a positive note I had an ultrasound done on my ovaries this morning (had it booked for eons) to check my PCOS. The lady was lovely and said that there was a collapsed follicle in my left ovary which means in theory that I have ovulated but my Dr will have to confirm it.
Even if we are not pregnant this month it will be suich great news to know that I am actually ovulating!
